RETURN & REFUND

Overview

At NEWDAWN, all apparel is made-to-order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind our product and will make it right if there is an issue.

Damaged, Defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide

    • Order number​

    • Clear photos of the issue

Sizing Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Refunds (If Approved)

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-10 days

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not recieved, please contact the shipping carrier first.
