Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because our apparel is made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Packages

NEWDAWN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at: support@newdawntrainingllc.com

We will assist in filing a claim and help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Made-To-Order Disclaimer

All NEWDAWN apparel is made-to-order. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain quality, but it also means slightly longer processing times.
